Product websites can become misleading when an early design, visible screen, adapter, test, self-assessment, proposed price, or planned service is described as though it were universally included and production approved. Zeph is correcting that boundary directly instead of leaving stale language online.
What changed
- Legacy promotional articles were removed from the active blog index.
- Existing article URLs now display a retirement notice rather than unsupported historical copy.
- Homepage, feature, pricing, security, About, demo, and solution pages now distinguish product areas from customer-specific scope and evidence.
- Automated repository checks block known unsafe pricing, compliance, readiness, accreditation, monitoring, recovery, and availability phrases from public website source.
How current statements are controlled
Product scope and status come from the controlled roadmap. Current work is tracked separately. Security, hosted operations, integrations, migration, accessibility, records, support, and customer readiness require the applicable retained evidence and acceptance. Binding users, storage, service levels, implementation, discounts, and price appear only in approved customer-specific documents unless a current public policy is formally approved.
What a public page does not prove
A public page does not independently prove legal compliance, certification, production deployment, completed penetration testing, provider acceptance, migration success, restore capability, uptime, support response, integration certification, report accuracy, accessibility, or customer go-live approval.
Request current information
Zeph can provide an opportunity-specific review based on the customer’s required modules, workflows, data, migration, integrations, hosted environment, security, records, accessibility, support, procurement, and acceptance needs.
